@Enphase The people that tried to sell me Solar told me - power off, no power from Solar either, basically I was just producing power to help Entergy reduce their generation requirements. They couldn’t answer questions about keeping power during an outage

“We’re entergy and we’re gonna turn your power off for the third day in a month, does cold brew Actuallyyyy expire, but that milk is bad, but I missed trash pickup this week I’ll worry about it later, why am I in the fridge? Beer.”-My brain

Great now my power is out because of some billing technicality. I’m on a sublease and I’ve been paying everything on time but of course it’s my fault I don’t have an account with Entergy. Might take a day or two to get service back. Also it’s my bday tomorrow 🙃🙃
- rocky (@irock2020) reported
@NOLAnews What did we learn? Entergy has no problem allowing their infrastructure rot then charging us for the repairs...and what other choice do we have?
- Aaron Smith (@aarongrievancez) reported
@SimonMahan @kdgscribe OCAPS doesn’t have its CCN yet. Will MISO kill the line before Entergy has all approvals? Also, haven’t seen anything filed in the Fifth Circuit case for over a year. What’s going on there?
- Ashley The Fearless (@mojofearless) reported
@malber1 For real though. You know Entergy was supposed to cut off our power for 7 hours yesterday for “scheduled upgrades” or whatever. And they postponed it, but I have to wonder if they’re cutting off other folks’ power in this heat. Ridiculous.
- Simon Mahan (@SimonMahan) reported
Welp, looks like Entergy has killed another MISO transmission project, this time the Hartburg-Sabine 500kV line that would have better connected Texas to Louisiana. Entergy plopped a $1b gas plant on top of where the line was suppose to go, and the economic benefits evaporated.

@TerriMcclay1 Still out. I drove around and found the Entergy truck. One guy working! Omg!
- 😷The Hapless Post Hurricane Beignet💉💉💉 (@Haplessbeignet) reported
Also, EntergyThe increase in your bill is totally based on your increased usage. Please, pay your bill. We wouldn't want to have to turn off your power during this heatwave. People die that way and that creates problems for us.
